Here you are completely alone, before that only heaven, water and nature ... that is pure holiday feeling!
Back in the hallway there is a guest toilet on the left hand side as well as a spacious, wheelchair-accessible bathroom (WC with folding handles, drivable shower with handrail, shower seat and shower chair / wheelchair-accessible sink, etc.). The reading and relaxation room is equipped with a small seating area including TV, Blue-Ray player and hi-fi system and invites you to linger with views of the dunes, beach, Baltic Sea and Graswarder. The comfortable sofa can be transformed with a handle into a comfortable lying and resting option (mattress 140x200 cm). This room also includes a terrace - here, the rustic teak bench offers another best place with a view!
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom (WC / bath / large shower / washing machine), from which you have a picturesque view of Graswarder and Fehmarnsund bridge. Two south-facing bedrooms with their floor-to-ceiling panorama windows open up perspectives on the marina. They are each equipped with large box spring double beds (180x200 cm). Another highlight is the Baltic Sea, with two box-spring single beds (140x200 cm and 90x200 cm) provided bedroom.
